Google Pay Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of eligible debit or credit cards issued by Wonn Pay (PAYTORAX PAYMENT LTD) and our Issuing Partners (each, a "Payment Card") when you add, attempt to add, or keep a Payment Card in Google Pay on any supported device.

I. Relationship to Google / Google Terms of Use

Google Pay is a service offered by Google on eligible devices. Wonn Pay does not own, operate, or control Google Pay and is not responsible for any services or information provided by Google or third parties associated with Google Pay. Use of Google Pay is subject to Google’s own terms, which are independent of this agreement.

II. Relationship to Your Wonn Pay Payment Card Terms

These Terms do not replace your original Wonn Pay Payment Card agreement. All transactions through Google Pay are treated as though they were performed directly with your physical Payment Card, and applicable terms including interest, fees, and dispute rights apply.

III. Eligibility for Google Pay

Your Payment Card must be in good standing. We may deny or revoke access to Google Pay at our discretion, such as for suspected fraud or other risk factors.

IV. Device Eligibility

Only authorized Google devices may be used with Google Pay. Use of jailbroken or modified devices is prohibited. We may suspend or revoke access to your card within Google Pay if used on such devices.

V. Fees

Wonn Pay does not charge fees for using Google Pay. However, standard account fees and charges may still apply. Third parties, such as your carrier or Google, may impose their own fees.

VI. Suspension of Payment Card

Wonn Pay may block or suspend use of your Payment Card in Google Pay at any time. This can occur if fraud is suspected, your device is lost/stolen, or regulatory changes require action.

VII. Electronic Contact

You agree to receive electronic communications related to your use of Google Pay. You must keep your contact information current.

VIII. Data Privacy

We may collect, transmit, and store information related to your use of Google Pay in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You understand and accept that Google and other third parties will also collect and control information as governed by their respective privacy policies.

IX. Transactions

Google Pay may not reflect complete transaction data. Official billing statements will prevail in case of any discrepancies.

X. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wonn Pay and its partners from any claims, damages, or expenses related to your use of Google Pay, including those arising from negligence or breaches of these Terms.

XI. Your Responsibilities

A. Enrolling Your Card

You must follow our procedures and those of Google to add your card to Google Pay. We may reject enrollment if fraud is suspected or verification fails.

B. Reporting Lost or Stolen Devices

You must immediately report lost/stolen devices to us. Failure to do so may result in full liability for unauthorized use.

C. Security

You are responsible for securing your device and credentials. Sharing them exposes you to risks and liability.

D. Account Ownership & Accurate Information

You confirm that the accounts and data you use with Google Pay are yours and are accurate.

XII. Notices & Changes to Terms

We may notify you of changes to these Terms via email, our website, or your registered contact details. Continued use of Google Pay after updates indicates your acceptance.

XIII. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

Wonn Pay is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of Google Pay. Google Pay is provided "as-is," without warranties of any kind.
