1. Introduction

Welcome to WonnPay. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WonnPay mobile application, website, and related services ("Services").

By registering or using WonnPay, you agree to these Terms.

2. About WonnPay

WonnPay is a financial technology platform designed to connect digital assets with traditional financial systems by enabling digital assets to be used as a funding source for transactions processed through established payment infrastructure, including licensed issuer and global card networks.

The Platform provides a secure, non-custodial experience that allows users to interact with blockchain networks and access services that facilitate the use of digital assets in everyday financial activities.

3. Eligibility

To use WonnPay, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Successfully complete identity verification (KYC) and comply with all applicable AML and CFT requirements

• Be located in a jurisdiction where the platform and its partners are permitted to operate

• Not be subject to any sanctions, embargoes or restrictions imposed by applicable regulatory authorities

Access to certain features, including card services and fiat-related functionality, may be subject to additional criteria and approval by the issuer and payment networks.

We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to our services at our sole discretion where required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Account Registration & Security

• Users must create an account to access Services and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials and must not share them with any third party.

• All activities conducted through the user's account are the sole responsibility of the user.

• Users must take reasonable steps to protect their account and notify WonnPay immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

• WonnPay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts in cases of suspected unauthorized use, breach of terms, or where required by applicable laws and regulations.

• Users must not create an account using false information or impersonate another individual.

5. Services Provided

WonnPay offers:

• Access to virtual card functionality for everyday transactions

• A non-custodial interface enabling users to interact with digital assets

• Tools that enable digital assets to be used as a funding source for payments

• Access to payment capabilities through established financial infrastructure, including card networks

• Transaction history, monitoring, and user-level controls

Services may vary depending on region and applicable regulatory requirements.

6. Fees & Charges

• Fees may apply for certain transactions (e.g., FX, ATM withdrawals, deposits)

• All applicable fees will be disclosed within the app

• Third-party fees (banks, networks) may apply

7. Transactions

Users are responsible for ensuring that all transaction details, including recipient information and amounts, are accurate before submitting any transaction.

Transactions may be subject to limits, verification checks, and compliance monitoring in accordance with applicable laws and security requirements.

WonnPay reserves the right to decline or block transactions deemed suspicious, unauthorized, or non-compliant with regulatory or security standards.

8. Compliance & KYC

• Identity verification is mandatory and users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• Additional information or documentation may be requested at any time to meet regulatory requirements.

• Accounts and transactions may be subject to ongoing monitoring and screening for AML/CFT compliance.

• Users must not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities, including sanctions violations.

• Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Users may be required to complete periodic re-verification to maintain access to services.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use WonnPay for any of the following:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities

• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or any activity that violates AML/CFT regulations

• Transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during onboarding or use of the platform

• Unauthorized access, misuse of accounts, or attempting to bypass security or compliance controls

• Use of the platform for illegal goods, services, or activities prohibited under applicable laws

• Engaging in activities that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's operation or infrastructure

• Circumventing transaction limits, verification processes, or regulatory safeguards

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

10. Risk Disclosure

Digital assets and cryptocurrency services may involve risks including price volatility and regulatory uncertainty. Users should assess these risks before using such services.

11. Limitation of Liability

WonnPay is not liable for:

• Losses due to user error

• Third-party service failures

• Network or system disruptions beyond our control

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated

• Fraud or suspicious activity is detected

• Required information is not provided

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the operating jurisdiction.
