How to Delete Your Wonnpay Account
Deleting your account will permanently remove your Wonnpay profile and associated data. This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your transaction history, stored payment methods, or any other account information.
If you have an outstanding balance or any open transactions, our team will be in touch to help you resolve these before the deletion is finalised.
How to Submit a Deletion Request:
Open the Wonnpay app and log in to your account
Tap the profile icon to go to your Account Settings
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Enter a brief reason for your request
Verify your identity using the OTP sent to your registered email address
Review and confirm on the confirmation screen
Processing Time: We aim to process all deletion requests within approximately 7–20 business days. This timeframe may vary depending on your account status.
Can't Access the App? Contact us directly at support@wonnpay.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
Data & Privacy: Upon deletion, your account profile and personal data will be permanently removed. Certain records may be retained for the duration required by applicable financial regulations.
