E-Sign & Electronic Communication Notice

YOUR CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
("Consent Statement")
You are applying for a Wonn Pay (Paytorax Payment Ltd) Card. If you consent to this Consent Statement for this Program, it applies even if you do not obtain (or are not offered) a Wonn Pay Card.
Your affirmative consent to this E-sign & Electronic Communications Notice (“Consent”) permits us to provide you with such communications electronically, enables you to sign and authorize communications electronically through the use of the Wonn Pay dashboard or APIs (the “Dashboard,” “Platform,” or “Service”), and allows Wonn Pay and its partners to collect such e-signatures. If you do not consent to electronic delivery of communications, you will not be able to use the Service.
By registering for a Wonn Pay account, applying for a card, or accessing the Wonn Pay Dashboard, you agree that such registration constitutes your electronic signature. You consent to us providing notices to you, your Company Administrators, and Company Users (as applicable), including those required by law. You are responsible for ensuring that all Company Administrators and Users also consent to receiving notifications electronically. This consent has the same legal effect as a physical signature.
You have the right to receive legal disclosures, notices, and communications (together, the "Covered Items") in paper form. We may provide these Covered Items to you electronically if you: (1) give us your Consent to do so, and (2) satisfy the system requirements below. Covered Items include all servicing and collection communications on your account, as well as all legal disclosures, notices, and communications that Wonn Pay is required to provide in writing regarding your account.
In this Consent Statement, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to: Paytorax Payment Ltd (Wonn Pay) and our service providers.
Duration of Consent
Your Consent will remain effective until:
You or we terminate the Program or your Card; or
You opt out of electronic communications.
If your Card is terminated, your Consent will still continue with respect to Wonn Pay’s pre-termination rights (including rights created under this Consent Statement). Refer to your cardholder agreement for information on how to terminate your Card.
Methods of Providing Covered Items
“Provide” in this document means to deliver, make available, send, notify, or a similar term. We may provide Covered Items electronically through downloadable files (e.g., PDFs) via our website. It is your responsibility to review the Covered Items promptly to take appropriate action.
Access to Paper Copies
You may print or save the Covered Items using your web browser or PDF software. We retain these documents for legally required time periods and can provide paper copies upon request within those periods. We do not guarantee retention beyond legal requirements.

Our Right to Send Paper
We reserve the right to send you paper versions of Covered Items at our discretion even if you have consented to electronic delivery. This may occur during system outages, suspected fraud, or other circumstances.
Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain Covered Items, you must have:
Working internet access
A web browser that supports 128-bit encryption (latest Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari)
At least 16 MB of available memory (32 MB RAM recommended)
Software to view, save, and print PDF files (e.g., Adobe® Reader® 4.0 or higher)
By providing your Consent, you confirm that you meet all of the above system requirements.
Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your Consent at any time without charge. If you withdraw Consent before your application is approved, we will be unable to proceed with providing credit or account services via the internet.

Withdrawal does not affect the validity or enforceability of prior electronic disclosures.
Acknowledging Access and Consent
By confirming your agreement, you acknowledge:
You have access to a system meeting the requirements above;
You consent to receive Covered Items electronically;
You are able to access and store or print electronic information provided to you.
